WMHTI Concludes First Training Program for Aspiring Cruise Professionals

The Worldwide Maritime Hospitality and Training Institute Corp. (WMHTI) successfully conducted its first training program, “Transformational Training: Sea and Beyond Program with Personality Development and Etiquette,” from March 16 to 19, 2026.

The program gathered 16 aspiring cruise industry professionals who underwent intensive training in personality development and professional etiquette to prepare for future deployment.

A graduation ceremony was held on the final day, featuring a commencement message from WMHTI President Ms. Rachelle B. Lopez, who encouraged participants to remain committed despite the challenges of pursuing their dream careers.

Certificates of Participation were awarded to all graduates, with Mr. Noli Lopez, Vice President for Operations, extending his congratulations. The successful launch of this program highlights WMHTI’s dedication to developing competent and globally competitive maritime hospitality professionals.
