The Worldwide Maritime Hospitality and Training Institute Corp. (WMHTI) proudly marks a significant milestone with the successful completion of its inaugural program, “Transformational Training: Sea and Beyond Program with Personality Development and Etiquette,” held from March 16 to 19, 2026.

Designed to prepare aspiring cruise professionals for global opportunities, the program brought together 16 highly motivated participants eager to enhance their skills and gain a competitive edge prior to deployment. Through immersive training in personality development, professional etiquette, and industry readiness, WMHTI continues to shape individuals into world-class maritime hospitality professionals.

The program culminated in a meaningful graduation ceremony, where WMHTI President Ms. Rachelle B. Lopez inspired participants with a powerful message: the path to achieving their dream cruise careers may be challenging, but it is always worth the investment.
Graduates proudly received their Certificates of Participation, with Mr. Noli Lopez, Vice President for Operations, extending his congratulations and encouragement as they embark on their journey toward success at sea.

This milestone signals the beginning of WMHTI’s commitment to transforming lives and building future-ready professionals—at sea and beyond.
